This class will focus on the fundamentals of creature design for the concept art industry. Students will learn How to create a distinct, immediate, unique visual read in their designs, while simultaneously learning to push their shape design to new heights. Students will also learn the importance of “visual anchors” to make their creature designs more relatable (or more alienating). This course will also teach students how to properly pull from real-word inspiration and reference, to create more believable textures, features and anatomy for their creatures and monsters. This class is a perfect choice for the student looking to enter the visual development world for film or gaming, as well as students interested in learning creature design techniques to better build their illustration skills.

  1. Thanks so much for this.
Can you please upload Portrait Painting Phase 5 and Figure Painting Phase 5? They are the only ones missing from the Watts core courses.
    Would appreciate it.

  3. after the captcha, there is no file or download link. just a blank white page. when i try to log in the site, it shows http error 500.
