Hi everyone, my name is Arsen Margaryan, and I want to introduce you to my new tutorial dedicated to Houdini rigid bodies.

So, this topic is not new at all, and on the Internet, there is a huge amount of material devoted to Houdini rigid bodies, but in the last few years, there has been a huge transformation in this area, and a lot of high-level nodes have appeared, that are designed to facilitate and speed up your work, and after their appearance, the old workflow was no longer so relevant, because all these new nodes could replace a lot of complex combinations, that were previously required to be made from scratch and manually.

This lesson is constructed completely based on the new workflow, and its essence is a detailed study of the Houdini rigid bodies, and since it is impossible to fit into one lesson, I decided again to produce a series of lessons that will totally cover this topic, and this is the first volume of this big project, called discovering Houdini RBD, and this lesson will lay a good foundation on the basis of which you can already delve into this topic deeper and wider.
