- Follow the 8-Step System for theory + practice without wasted time
- Work with Reawote models and free Quixel Megascans vegetation
โ Requirements
- Skills: Basic understanding of 3D space and any modeling / rendering workflow
- Tools: Unreal Engine – free license, 3-button mouse for viewport navigation
- Hardware: Dedicated GPU with ray-tracing support, minimum 16GB RAM, SSD recommended for real-time work
๐ Description
This isn’t theory for theory’s sake. You get start and final scenes, so you can work along with the videos and check your own progress. 120+ lessons walk you through the same AVA workflow the team uses in production โ what to do first, what to skip, and how to avoid the usual beginner traps.
You’ll start with the foundation: photorealistic visualizations. Lighting, materials, framing. That’s still the core of what clients pay for. Then you add motion. You’ll learn how to plan and render cinematic animation in Sequencer โ camera paths that feel calm, cuts that make sense, and output settings that don’t kill your deadline.
The big leap is interactivity. You’ll turn that same scene into an interactive 360ยฐ experience clients can explore on their own. That’s a separate service you can charge for, built from the same assets. Models and textures from Reawote are included, plus free Quixel Megascans trees and vegetation, so you don’t need to buy extra packs to follow along.
Audio is in Spanish with AI dubbing and subtitles including English, and you keep lifetime access. Finish with the final exam, get your certificate, and re-watch any lesson whenever a real project gets stuck.

๐งโ๐ซ About the Author
Agnieszka Klich is co-founder of Arch Viz Artist and presenter on the Arch Viz Artist YouTube channel. She works with a small team of practicing 3D artists focused on animation workflows for archviz โ testing, simplifying, and teaching the tricks that actually survive client deadlines. In this training she presents the full AVA approach to stills, film, and real-time, in a straight, no-fluff style.
๐ Final Result
- A finished real-time apartment / interior scene in Unreal Engine with photoreal stills, a short cinematic animation, and a working interactive 360ยฐ experience ready to show clients.
