We will delve into different types of character features and personalities, and learn how to design characters that effectively reflect those features. Above all, my goal is to help you find joy in the illustration process and have fun creating beautiful characters together.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

This class is open to all skill levels, from beginners to intermediates and casual illustrators. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, I welcome you to join me and our classmates to learn and draw together. Familiarity with Clip Studio Paint is a plus, but not required to participate in the class. All you need is a desire to learn and create. Let’s draw together and improve our illustration skills!

WHAT WILL THE STUDENTS ACHIEVE?

While the basics of illustration are important, it’s the additional elements that truly bring a piece to life and make it stand out. In this class, I will be sharing my tips and tricks for adding those special touches to your illustrations. We will cover a range of topics including anatomy, clothing, coloring, and correction. By the end of the class, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge to take your illustrations to the next level and create beautiful, striking pieces.
