Learn to model and texture realistic industrial props in Blender and turn them into an asset pack you can use or sell.

You watch 6 real industrial assets get built from zero in Blender – modeling, UV unwrapping and texturing from actual photos. You also get the full 127-model pack to pull apart, use, and learn from.

🎯 What you’ll learn

  • Get comfortable in Blender even if you are starting from zero
  • Model realistic industrial props using shortcuts and modifiers
  • Unwrap and texture from real photos to get gritty, believable surfaces
  • Build and organize an asset pack for Asset Browser or sale on BlenderMarket

✅ Requirements

  • Skills: No previous experience necessary, just basic computer skills
  • Tools: Blender (free), 3-button mouse recommended

📝 Description

This started as a real product. Sime built a 127-piece industrial decoration pack – lights, pipes, cables, electrical boxes, fences, metal structures, mechanical parts. Then he hit record for 6 of those assets and showed the whole thing, start to finish.

No cut corners. Each practice is around 30 minutes and covers the full loop: hard-surface modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing. You see the messy parts too, how he fixes shapes, reworks topology, and gets things looking right.

The big focus is realism on a budget. All objects are textured from real photos. You will learn how to squeeze multiple shaders out of a single photo to get more variation and detail without hunting for tons of textures.

Modeling gets a lot of attention as well. Lots of Blender shortcuts, modifiers, and fast workflows for industrial stuff. And at the end, you see how to pack it all up for the Asset Browser or for sale on BlenderMarket and other platforms. You also get all project files plus the full Industrial Decoration Asset Pack to follow along.
