๐ Description
This class is built for people who want to actually ship digital clothing, not just play with cloth sims. You start with research โ looking at real garments to figure out what will fold, stretch, and read well in 3D. Then you move into Marvelous Designer and fabric patterns, where you learn how to lay out, sew, and tweak patterns until the fit looks right on a moving avatar.
From there Bryant takes you into Cinema 4D for the character side. You will work with DAZ bases, adjust proportions, paint skin texture, and build two full hairstyles โ short and long โ so you can handle different silhouettes. It is practical stuff: how to keep topology clean, how to avoid that plastic mannequin look, how to get hair to sit right without spending a week on it.
The second half is all about seasonal lineups. You build multiple full looks, including Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter examples, and learn how to push detail where it counts โ seams, layers, accessories. Then you finish with Redshift rendering and environment setup, so your costumes sit in a scene that sells them. Lighting, camera, and art direction choices that make a portfolio piece pop on a digital runway.
