Hard Surface (Russian, Eng sub)

Learn how to model 3D concepts of sci-fi assets and master all the intricacies of hard surface design.

In the course, you will learn about the main principles of design and how to apply them to 3D modeling. Whether you are creating futuristic plasma weapons or pre-war machinery, these principles are applicable to any model.

The training takes place in an online format, and you will always be able to revisit the lesson recordings and refresh your knowledge of 3D modeling.

In 5 months, you will learn how to conceive and design sci-fi weapons, vehicles, robots, and armor. After the course, you will be able to create original models from scratch, with minimal reliance on other artists’ work. Your diploma projects, which will be full-fledged drone and sci-fi gun models, will be compelling arguments for future employers and clients.

Who this course is for

Enroll if you want to create cool sci-fi models and make money from it. Important: this course is for advanced users. You should have at least six months of experience with Blender/Maya or similar programs. We do not teach the pipeline or cover technical stages. The focus is on design thinking.
