Revit Architecture Beginner to Advanced(Contractor Services) by BIM it! AEC

In this course, students will learn the essential BIM services required for contractors to efficiently execute architectural works on site, reducing both time and cost by providing coordinated shop drawings and precise material take-off reports.

We will start by covering the basics of Revit, including how to initiate a new project, set up templates, and link designed drawings into a live model. Students will also learn how to create views and levels. Next, we will focus on creating 3D models, incorporating various tips, tricks, and shortcuts to enhance workflow efficiency.

From the coordinated model, we will extract shop drawings and learn how to create schedules for architectural categories. Additionally, students will learn how to update the architectural model to reflect site progress and generate progress monitoring reports for all architectural elements. The course will also cover exporting progress monitoring sheets and preparing final progress monitoring reports.
