In this training, students will learn how to create mascots and characters for advertising, enabling them to serve small and medium-sized companies in their region. The training will cover various aspects, starting with the analysis of concept art, followed by blocking and sculpting a boy character in a cartoon style. Students will also learn poly-by-poly modeling techniques for creating clothes, which facilitate mesh opening and texture application. Additionally, materials and painting using the vertex painting resource available in Blender from version 3.2 onwards will be covered.

The training will also include instruction on creating a basic pose based on the concept art, followed by rendering and final composition using the Cycles renderer. By the end of the training, students will gain a solid understanding of fundamental concepts in character creation, including analyzing and understanding concept art and model sheets, blocking the model to achieve the desired structure, basic 3D sculpture, familiarity with tools and features of modeling and digital sculpting, vertex painting directly on 3D models, and character rendering for advertising, games, printing, and cinema.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn the step-by-step process that will guide you through the initial steps in the 3D universe in the exciting field of character modeling for advertising, games, printing, and cinema.
