Plan and design three full F&B brands from scratch and walk away with 42 portfolio-ready pieces.

Want to make brands people actually post about? This class walks you through three full brand identity projects โ€” a postmodern cafe, a kitschy wine bar, and a vintage bakery โ€” using Photoshop and Illustrator to turn planning docs into finished F&B branding that looks straight out of Seoul hotspots.

๐ŸŽฏ What you’ll learn

  • Build a brand identity from zero: concept, naming, storytelling, and keywords
  • Extract motifs and define visual language for trendy F&B brands
  • Design logos, variations, and graphic systems that stay consistent
  • Create packaging, menus, business cards, coupons, and shopping bags
  • Design posters, window graphics, stationery, and goods for real shop use
  • Build a no-code brand website and prep files for print supervision
  • Communicate with clients and read trends like a working studio

โœ… Requirements

  • Skills: Basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator UI, interest in graphic trends and cafe culture
  • Tools: Adobe Photoshop CC 2023, Adobe Illustrator CC 2023
  • Hardware: Laptop or desktop capable of running Photoshop and Illustrator, minimum 16GB RAM recommended

๐Ÿ“ Description

This isn’t theory-only branding. Roseshaker runs you through the exact pipeline her studio uses: start with research and words, end with stuff you can hold. You’ll work on three fake-but-realistic clients, so you learn how to switch styles without losing consistency.

First up is Cafe Sig, a postmodern cafe. You’ll lock in adjectives like Y2K, minimal, and postmodern, then turn them into logo design, packaging, menu boards, and a five-poster series. It’s great practice for keeping one idea tight across a dozen touchpoints.

Next is Pink Mad, a kitsch retro wine bar. This one is all about personality. You’ll write the story, nail the naming, then push it into labels, boxes, cups, and goodie bags. You learn how packaging design and small graphic jokes can make a brand memorable on social.

Last is The Butter Room, a vintage fairytale bakery. Here you get into texture, light and shadow, and decorative objects. You’ll do symbol logos, modified type logos, leaflets, and even a simple web design without code. Plus posters that tie the whole fairytale mood together.

And because real work isn’t just making pretty files, she also covers the unsexy stuff: how to prep for print, what to check on press, how to build a site fast, and how to talk to clients so revisions don’t eat you alive. All examples are from actual studio practice, not textbook mockups.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“ Who this course is for

  • Beginners who want a clear start in branding and need 40+ guided examples to build skills
  • Graphic designers and students who want trendy F&B projects for their portfolio and freelance work
