Photography of Shiny Objects and Lighting Tips (Spanish, Multisub)

Learn to photograph products with reflections and to light them correctly against different backgrounds
Martí Sans, photographer specialized in product and founder of the studio 365mm, will teach you to photograph objects with shiny surfaces such as glass bottles and pieces of jewelry professionally.

In this course you will discover how to highlight small details of an object and valuable tricks to solve possible imperfections when capturing images in studio. In addition, you will know the lighting schemes most used by Martí achieving an excellent result in all your snapshots.

This course can be the perfect complement of “Product photography” , the previous course of Martí Sans for Domestika, in which he explains how to photograph your Corporate Identity and products in a professional manner.

What will you learn in this online course?
You will start knowing the trajectory and the influences of Martí Sans in the world of Photography.

Below you will discover tricks to master the reflections in bright objects and how to clean or solve small defects in the product.

In the study, you will learn how to illuminate a bottle on a black and white background using different lighting schemes and how to take a photograph of a ring on a reflective background.

At the end of the course, Martí will teach you all his post-production process, from the development with Capture One to the editing with Photoshop.

Requirements and materials
A basic knowledge of photography is highly recommended.

Regarding the materials, you will need a reflex camera, a tripod, flash or continuous light and a computer.

Martí uses the Capture One course to “reveal” RAW and Photoshop files for editing, but you can adapt these programs to similar ones or simplify the process.
