The download timer doesn’t get into a loop anymore, but once I’m in the Media File Cloud page where the video replay or download should be, nothing loads, it’s just a blank screen with the Media file CLOUD logo and tabs at the top. I’ve tried with the course I was currently going through and another one i had Bookmarked, both act the same way when I try to download any of the attached files.

Will the downloaded file be deleted after 30 days? I use a free account.
Update: After testing out with a different browser, it seems like it is only happening on chrome for me, Mozilla and Brave work perfectly.
