Creating Ink and Watercolor Illustrations with Bryce Kho

/

Release date:2021

Author:Bryce Kho

Skill level:Beginner

Language:English

Exercise files:Yes

This course is about drawing with ink and watercolor – using pen, felt pen, brush pen, and dip brushes. Working directly with ink requires building up your confidence and training to visualize your drawings before placing a stroke down on paper.

We will be exploring and familiarizing ink as a medium, and working on the very basics of drawing to build a foundation — line weight, drawing basic shapes and volumes, understanding perspective— and gradually work towards being able to visualize any object in three dimensions.

Learn Line Art, Drawing, and Brushwork
Take the freedom to skip the pencil sketch, and jump straight to ink. Start portraying the breathing scenery and people in your life, or capturing your imagination on the paper with more confidence, completing a fully finished illustration.
This course is for beginners to intermediate artists who would like to sharpen their fundamental drawing skills to master ink and watercolor. This course is also great for those who desire to shift from realistic to imaginative drawing.

After practicing drawing a real-life object, we will start rotating those in your head without even touching them. Sounds too complicated? No worry, we will go from simple objects to complicated ones. Once you are capable of doing so, you will be able to plan out, compose, and finish a traditional illustration using ink and watercolor.

  7. Hey guys, this is Bryce Kho – the original creator of this class. To the host of this website, I request that this be taken down and to anyone using this website, please recognize that this is theft of something I put a lot of time, energy, and my own money to create. I understand that some of you might say something like “but I don’t have enough $$$” but realize that I’m not some crazy rich person either — if you want to take this class, please pay for it legitimately. Thanks for understanding.

    • Dear Bryce, the visitors of this website never can afford to purchase your course, at least now. Please read the footer of this website. But when they get more professional by learning from you they will definitely pay back respect to you by purchasing it.
Moreover, we do not store anything on this website, this resource is just a collection of links.

      Peace!

  8. There was a website where he was posting class updates and commentary that was not under class 101. I had paid for the class but lost that other link. Really wish I could find it again, if anyone has it please let me know!?

  9. Has this been taken down? Every file I load has no captcha, just says ‘continue’. But when I click continue, it says ‘captcha confirmation text is invalid’. There is no captcha though
