WELCOME TO WEEK 1!!
Really excited to be teaching this class smile
Below are all the assets and videos for this week. Under the download section there is a download called “Assets” this containts videos and files I reference during the lectures. There’s also a download called “Week 1 Assignment” this contains info about what you will be turning in and the proper format, make sure to download this and look it over.
Next is the video section. First are the Primary Videos. I recommend watching these in order as they go through the entire assignment. You can follow along and work at the same time or just soak it all in then work on your assignment, up to you! Next are the Secondary Videos – these are videos going over things that aren’t totally necessary for completing your assignment, but I recommend checking them out for extra info.
As I mentioned in the general course discussion forum we’ll be using free rigs in this class. There is a post in the Week 1 Discussion forum with links to various rigs
WELCOME TO WEEK 2!
This is going to be a fun week! Like las week it’s going to set up the same, check out the week 2 assignment pdf for information on the assignment. Check this out for information on what videos you need to make!
This week will be a little open when it comes to your assignment. You’ll be animating 1 transition of your choice. Check out the General Discussion forum for Week 2, I created a post called Transition Ideas – this is just a quick list of some of the possible transition ideas. You can pick from this list of if you have an idea of your own, post it in there for approval. PLEASE GET APPROVAL ON YOUR TRANSITION BEFORE STARTING IT. Using this list, or coming up with your own idea, you will be creating 1 transition per week. We’re all at different skill levels so pick something that you are comfortable with and will be able to finish in a week. I animated 2 transitions this week to show some different approaches to different typos of transitions. You can use the same gig you used in week 1 or try a new one, up to you.
WELCOME TO WEEK 3!
Hopefully everyone knows the drill, same as the previous weeks, look over the material, create your assignment post, any questions post em in the Discussion Forum
there’s no rig assets in the rar file, do you have any info about it?
I can’t open the files the download page just refreshes.
