    2 days ago I paid for a month premium download, I got a logon details, but when I logon it is for a FREE member. When will my payment be FINALLY recognised and my account changes??? This is the third email I have sent querying this and not even answer of recognition of the emails. I was going to pay for a uear, but the lack of service makes me happy I only paid for a month.
